Bobby has had a passion for hockey ever since his father first took him skating as a toddler in downtown Nashville. After his family moved to Milwaukee, six-year-old hockey began his hockey career, taking him from a PeeWee State Championship to playing college hockey abroad in Germany.
Currently living in Columbus, Bobby is currently in his third year of pursuing his J.D. at The Ohio State Moritz College of Law. He is also a staff writer at the SB Nation website OnTheForecheck where he primarily covers the Nashville Predators. At the College of Wooster, Bobby served as the hockey team's treasurer and assistant captain before graduating with a degree in German Studies.
With his international background, Bobby follows every IIHF extremely closely. With his fluency in German, he also intently follows the Swiss National League and German DEL.
Jack's was born wearing a Rangers sweater, hailing from New York City. After playing high school hockey for Joel Barlow High School in Connecticut, Jack traded the east coast for the College of Wooster in Ohio, where he played with Bobby.
Upon leaving the College of Wooster a year after Bobby, Jack's name graced the top of the college's all-time point leaders. Inheriting the assistant captaincy from Bobby, Jack lead the College of Wooster Fighting Scots to the conference finals while simultaneously completing a rigorous senior thesis in International Relations, his major.
Now back in the Big Apple once more, Jack has been advancing his career in marketing, most recently working for YouGov. Using his spare change to collect a sickening number of hockey jerseys (he's currently well over 60 jerseys), odds he owns a jersey from your favorite college or NHL team.
...unless you're an Islanders fan.
